Educational Requirements:	Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.May require licensure or certificate as required by the state, and in good standing. (if applicable)
Position Requirements:	Prefer one year experience in a health care setting. 100% travel necessary on a daily basis. Demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills. Demonstrated ability to work will with an interdisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain rapport with the client and family.
